MS-02 PU SPRAY FOAM

MS-02 Pu Spray Foam is in B2 non-flammability class and is a polyurethane system used in spray applications. It reacts to the applied surface and swells quickly and dries after 20 seconds.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

*Ice rooms and cold storages,

*Wall, floor, terraces, roofs,

*Fruit and food product warehouses,

*In factories, roof, eternit, sheet metal from bottom and top,

*Curtain concrete of construction buildings,

*Chicken coops, mushroom coops, fishing boats,

*Ship icehouses insulation.

FEATURES

-3 cm thick layer provides maximum insulation,

-Setting time is 20 seconds,

-Allows to make the surface flat regardless of how many coats have been applied,

-No joints and covers cracks,

-Applicable to all construction materials,

-It has excellent thermal shock resistance (-30°C - +100°C),

-Can be used 1 hour after application,

-It is ecological,

-It is long lasting.

APPLICATION

The material to be applied must be clean and dry, free from dust, oil and other contaminants. The first layer is for 1 cm. 1 cm application is made on each layer. Since it is an open cell, it should be protected from the sun as it may hold water inside. It should be applied on waterproofing. If desired, a slope screed can be laid on it.
